Danny and his team did a septic inspection for a home I purchased.  They unfortunately found a few issues but took the time to explain the issues and show me exactly what needed to be done.  They came back the next day and did the repairs plus coordinated with Bell septic to have the tank pumped.  They showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They showed me everything that was done before filling in the very large hole and covering it with seed and hay.  I highly recommend them. Danny and his team were awesome! They were able to help us find the source of and repair a major septic tank issue that other companies either lacked the skill and know how to fix or just didn't want to help with due to the difficulty. I called at 3pm to ask for their help and Danny and team were here the next day. Within 10-15 minutes of checking our system he knew what the issue was and had a gameplan to fix it. They arrived the days and times that they said they would be (dependable!). Scotti coordinating at the office was amazing with updates and communication and answering any questions I had, and Danny was also very responsive any time I reached out. The issue was expertly repaired and by the time the yard was put back together it looked better than when they started, even reseeding and spreading hay. You can tell Danny cares about the quality of his and his team's work and not just about what they can do to make the quickest dollar. Danny and the entire crew at Butler were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and professional. They did an inspection of our septic system. The Butler Excavating and Septic team are lifesavers. Our essential services were halted when our drainfield stopped working. We were instantly reliant on distant family for laundry, showers and dishes. Several other companies delayed us for weeks, showed up, charged us and were baffled with our problem. The Butler team showed up the same day called, with big equipment and a lot of knowledge, in terrible winter weather. The problem was diagnosed and all services restored in a week. The full drainfield construction including electrical and plumbing work only took two days. They made a complicated process look easy and coordinated the Engineering design with one of the best OSE available. State and county licenses were promptly processed and we had our life back. They even restored the yard and now our driveway is in better shape than before they started. Very professional! Thank you Butler Excavating and Septic Team!
